TERMS OF SERVICE

By requesting a commission from me you acknowlege and agree to all terms of service listed below.

Standard tos

✶ I have the right to refuse any commission.✶ I do not permit my work to be fed to AI, used next to or along side AI, or to be made into NFTs.✶ You may post or share the work I do for you so long as credit is given.✶ Time the commission takes to complete will vary by project, but generally a commission will not take longer than a month to complete. Please understand I am a full time student and that is my main priority. If a complication happens I will notify you as soon as possible and let you know of any delays.✶ If you need a commission before a certain time please contact me at least two weeks before the needed time. This allows me time to work on your project as much as possible with the time I have.✶ I do not offer refunds at the moment for any reason other than me being unable to finish an already started commission.✶ I currently only allow personal, non-commercial use of my work.✶ Payment must be made half up-front and half upon completion.✶ I retain all rights to my artwork for use in self-promotion and in portfolio work. This means I can post the commissioned work for the purpose of promoting my commissions.✶ Work in progress images will be sent with large watermarks. This is to protect against theft and scamming, but finished work will be sent with a small(er) watermark.✶ You will not receive the finished piece in high quality with smaller watermark until final payment is received. Before this, I will send you a lower-quality image with larger watermark.

Adoptables

What are adoptables?
"An adoptable is an original character created by one creator, usually an artist, who intends to sell or trade to someone else, such as another creator. Adoptables, in most cases, are typically pre-designed and may have specific requirements, restrictions, or rules associated with them by the original creator."

✶ I currently only allow holds on adopts for up to a week. If you need an adopt to be held longer, please let me know before the week is up!✶ When payment is complete and any additional final artwork is sent, you will receive all related rights to the character.✶ Any designs and additional artwork created by me must be credited.✶ If you wish to resell your adopt that you have purchased from me, you cannot sell it for more than you have originally paid. It must be resold for equal to or less than you have paid for it from me.

customs/custom character designs

✶ I reserve the right to refuse any custom character design requests.✶ You may not resell any custom design I make for you for more than you originally paid. It must be equal to or less than you have paid me for the original custom.✶ Credit for the custom and any additional artwork created by me for you is required.✶ Customs may only be used for personal use.
